Badminton is a demanding sport
that requires excellent fitness
from its players.

Players need to possess a high level
of aerobic stamina, strength, speed,
agility as well as mental strength.

Besides from our twice weekly trainings,
we have had friendly matches with
other schs during the holiday.

The friendly matches have given us
good exposure and valuable match
experiences.

We have also participated in the
Pilot Pen Cup for Sec Schools

OK i noe u all leg pain de la bunny hop ytd.. hmm..
Upcoming events:
Training for gals wed 4/3
Training for boys and gals 6/3
Training for boys and gals 9/3 (not comfirm)
Pilot pen competition ( me and joshua onli, against sports sch:terry and leslie)



Den i guess nth much le since mostly all sec 2 go ic trip den friday no training for sec 2!

Eh joshua if we win be prepared not going for ic.. 'IF' we win la =p..
Cvss will strive to win de! All the best for C's boys in the national 1month later ;)
